Stuff People Ask Us
What type of clients do you work with?
Go2Girls works with online business owners who are ready to grow their business who want to eliminate the frustration of having to do it all and only want to focus on the parts of their business they enjoy and that make them money.
We have worked with all types of businesses and industries, including: coaches, speakers, authors, healers, executives, non-profits, educators, religious organizations, mortgage brokers, technology companies, auctioneers, counselor, internet marketers, musicians, consultants, fashion, finance, engineers, marketing experts, and artists.
But most important, we are looking to work with people who are:
- ready, motivated, and excited to invest in themselves and their business.
- able to communicate their needs and wants directly, and easily give feedback.
- have a clear vision of where they want their business to go.
- have a product or service they currently sell or intend to sell, or want to develop one.
Go2Girls is a multi-VA team, fully staffed to take on projects of any size. We are consistently growing in order to support the thriving businesses of our clients. Because of the versatility of our ever-expanding team, our hours are virtually unlimited.
Do I get one person to communicate with? Or do I talk to the whole team?
We will assign you a lead project manager who will be your main point of contact for your projects and the team. Then, as we need to, we will assign team members to your account. You will have access to contact each team member that works with you as you wish (actually, we encourage direct communication as much as possible).
What are your office hours?
The Go2Girls team does not keep specific “office hours” (entrepreneurship… it’s awesome, right?), but our team members are generally available during the day if you need to reach us. Our team is located throughout the USA and Canada from Sea to Shining Sea, so we span most time zones.
One thing we guarantee is that we are available when we commit. If we schedule a phone call, we will be there. If you are launching a teleseminar and have asked us to be on the call, we will be there.
How do we communicate with you?
Our preferred method of communication is primarily through email and phone.
Please keep in mind that although we strive to provide service that will make you FEEL like our only client, you are not. So, we are often providing our full attention to other scheduled projects. (When we are working on your projects, we only focus on your stuff too!) So, sometimes we cannot pick up the phone right away, or answer your email immediately after we receive it. But, we will return all email inquiries within 24 hours during the week.
How much does this cost? Where is your pricing?
“If you think hiring a professional is expensive, try hiring an amateur.”
And, let me ask you – How much money are you wasting working in your own business on things that don’t generate income? If you charge $150/hr for your time, and spend 3 hours figuring out how to set up your shopping cart, that just cost you $450. Or, if you spend months “researching”, “figuring things out”, or “learning the shopping cart”, those are months not spent working on your passion. Those are months not launching your programs. Those are months that just suck ass. So…you tell me – how much is it costing you?
We do not list pricing on our website because our client’s needs vary so much. For some clients, we can offer a package to suit their needs, and other clients pay hourly. When we connect for a free consultation if we are a fit to work together, we will let you know about pricing.
How do the payments work?
We accept Check, Cash, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American express. We appreciate, but do not accept as payment: flowers, chocolate, and Starbucks cards. We invoice once a month around the 1st (give or take a few days). After your invoice is sent out, your card on file is billed for the amount due on the same or next day.
How is your time calculated?
We use time keeping software to keep track of our time, minute-by-minute. We bill for all time that we work on your account, which includes: emails, phone calls, project management, and actual project work.
Do you know how to…?
Yes, we probably do.
We’ve been around for a while, and have worked with a LOT of programs, and a lot of people trying to do a lot of wildly interesting stuff. If we run across something we haven’t seen before, we are connected to thousands of other Virtual Assistants through a networking forum who have likely done it, know about it, or know where to find help.
So – either way, we have you covered. If we run into a problem, you will likely never even know. All you will know is that it got boom, done. 🙂
Do you ever take time off?
We do! But we always give you plenty of notice, and have a backup plan, so you are never left alone. That is one of the many advantages to working with a team.
